We Have a Dream!
Welcome to Common Ground Online! It's true! We have a dream! We dream of what can be, what should be, what will be. Imagine a group of people so hungry for God they will do whatever it takes to meet with and worship this God. Imagine this same people being willing to pull off their masks of shame, sin, pride and commit to be real, honest and authentic. Imagine this group of flawed, imperfect people worshipping the perfect, Almighty God! Imagine this God-hungry group so concerned about hurting, lost people that they are willing to sacrifice all to reach them, to meet their needs, and to love them as Jesus would because they matter to Him. Imagine a group of Christ followers ready, willing and able to impact the communities of Western Volusia county and Northern Seminole county. Imagine them asking the right questions, seeking out training, taking risks, praying with passion and being willing to talk to anyone about this awesome God. Imagine this people willing to not just go to church but be "The Church." Imagine them not concerned about buildings, bodies and bucks but about changed lives! Imagine a place where you or I are neither the center of attention, where "it's not about us" and where it's only about the person of Jesus Christ! We have a dream! Let's make it a reality! |
